Terms and Conditions

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2) The Service

Publique provides AI-powered coaching and guidance to help users improve their presence on LinkedIn, including profile suggestions, writing feedback, structured tasks, and analytics.

Publique is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

3) Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident involving your account.

4) LinkedIn integration and third-party platforms

If you connect your LinkedIn account, you authorize the Service to access and process relevant data to provide features such as coaching and analytics.

You agree to comply with LinkedIn's terms, policies, and applicable platform rules. You understand that LinkedIn may change functionality, restrict access, or impact Service features at any time.

5) AI features and output disclaimer

AI features generate suggestions and guidance based on inputs you provide (and, where enabled, relevant LinkedIn context).

• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before posting or acting on them.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific context. The Service does not guarantee outcomes (e.g., impressions, engagement, growth, or hiring results).
• The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or infringe rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Service.
• Use automation to spam, scrape, or mass-message users on LinkedIn in a manner that violates LinkedIn rules or applicable law.
• Upload or transmit malware or other harmful code.

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse, policy violations, or security risk.

7) User content

"User Content" includes text you draft, upload, paste, or otherwise provide to the Service (including prompts and drafts).

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service, enforce policies, and comply with law (as described in the Privacy Policy).
• You represent you have the rights to provide User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

8) Subscription plans, billing, and renewals

Some features are offered under paid subscriptions.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as shown at purchase).
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• Taxes may apply and will be disclosed at checkout where required.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

9) Credits and feature limits (e.g., rewrite credits)

Certain paid plans include usage-based credits (e.g., rewrite credits).

Unless stated otherwise at purchase:

• Credits reset monthly on your billing date.
• Unused credits do not roll over.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

10) Affiliate / referral program

If you participate in Publique's affiliate program:

• You may receive points, discounts, or credits when referred users subscribe, subject to program rules.
• You must not self-refer, create fake accounts, or use spam/automation.
• We may delay or withhold rewards for suspected fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or misuse.
• Rewards are not cash, are not transferable, and may expire as specified in the program UI.
• We may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time with notice, including changing reward rates.

11) Intellectual property

The Service (including software, UI, branding, and all related IP) is owned by Astatinn LTD and protected by applicable IP laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the Service except to the extent permitted by law.

12) Beta / "as is" features

Some features may be labeled beta, experimental, or preview. These are provided "as is" and may be changed, removed, or have limited support.

13) Service availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud/abuse, or security concerns.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion (see Privacy Policy).

15) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astatinn LTD from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

18) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Astatinn LTD is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
